Building a Site to $133/Day in 1 Year... OR ELSE! (Blog Challenge)

we and our members have proven over and,over that we can build a Blog to a,full-time income in two years but now,I'm about to do it in one but this is,not going to be easy Google's been,shaking things up AI is trying to,replace bloggers I'm not sure that I'm,going to be able to do this last year I,told you how I'd go about getting to,four thousand dollars a month on a Blog,cutting our normal time in half but this,year I'm not just going to show you how,I would do it I'm going to show you how,I am doing it so here are the rules of,the challenge first of all I have to,build a site to at least four thousand,dollars in a single month okay I also,don't get to reveal this site to you to,any of my existing audience I have to,build it organically or it really,wouldn't be a fair challenge now any,comments that I see that reveal the site,if anybody out there finds it on their,own those are going to get deleted from,our videos and we're gonna have to block,you from commenting anywhere else on the,channel so you can say goodbye to any,future comment contest winnings now if I,don't make it then obviously I get the,shame of failing publicly my team and,even my wife don't think that's good,enough so here's the deal for every,hundred dollars below the four thousand,dollar goal I'm going to have to run a,mile it means I could easily end up,having to run a marathon so,um I better get training you know just,in case,actually I'm filming a video right now,so,I'll just train later I'm sure there,will be time I don't really feel like,running anyway,so let's talk about the goals there are,a few goals that if we can hit them,we're going to succeed here to get to,four thousand dollars a month and in my,video last year I went through this math,for you so you can go watch that if you,want to but in a study I did about a,year ago survey of you and project 24,members I found that on average you're,all earning about,32.82 per thousand page views on your,website using that number and that,number lines up with what we're still,seeing today it means that I need a,hundred and twenty one thousand eight,hundred seventy seven page views per,month on this website to get that we,need to know how much traffic we can get,per post so we know exactly what we need,to do and in that same survey I found,that on average your sites are getting,about 715 page views per blog post our,goal here is typically to shoot for,about a thousand for project 24 members,anything over 500 is pretty good so this,might be a little bit of a stretch but,given that number,I need to write 170 blog posts and I,need to not just write them all this,year I need to write them all soon,enough that they have opportunity to be,indexed ranked and be getting real,traffic,and be monetized and making good money,before the end of the year I got a lot,to do so I'm going to need to front load,a lot of that content now there's only,one of these goals that is directly in,my control and that's the amount of,content that's the only o

Trev's Bedford CA Van Blog - Part 20 - The Final Chapter.

hi this is Trev,and welcome to my blog welcome to part,two part three part one part five part,six part seven part eight part nine part,ten part 11 part 12 part 13 part 14 part,50 part 16 part 17 part 18 part 19. part,20.,the final part of my Bedford CA band,restoration we're right where we left,you part 19. I've just refitted the,anti-roll bar with some new bushes and,I've just fitted a pair of brand new,front shock absorbers so this is as far,along the line as I can go with a,mechanical for now let's turn our,attention to something else let's start,making this fun look really pretty,I've decided to epoxy Prime the shell in,four stages the two core panels the roof,and then the inside,I've attacked it with everything I've,got to get rid of every last rough spot,and it's come out really well,it hasn't been painted before,I'm the second person to have painted,this van bar a couple of little budgets,around the wheel arches so this steel,hasn't seen the light of day since 1960.,and it's come out really well it's very,very solid,Mega masking job because what I don't,want to do is cover all the uh work I've,already done in overspray,foreign,foreign,shell is completely epoxy primed ready,for the filler I'm going to turn my,attention to the rest of the panels that,still haven't been repaired yet so first,thing I'm going to do is address this,front panel this front panel is the,original one off the fan and it is,completely rotten it is slightly,different however to the replacement,panel Around The Grille area so what I'm,going to do is I'm going to swap The,Grille area from the original front,panel into the new one and make a few,smaller pairs around the headlight,panels,all of the metal work repairs on the,front panel the wings the doors making,up the rear wheel boxes all of these,feature heavily upon my tips and tricks,videos if you'd like to see those in,Greater detail then you can just go to,my videos scroll through and find the,appropriate video I'm only going to give,you an overview in this because the,video would be 10 hours long if I went,through everything in its entirety,the original front wings were really,really rusty as you can see and,unfortunately I bought a set of,replacement wings but they turned out to,be as Rusty as the original ones anyway,I was really fortunate because when I,bought the front panel which was a bit,of a trek all the way down to,Bournemouth but well worth it that front,panel came with a pair of front wings as,well which turned out to be pretty good,actually probably the best I was likely,to find anyway,the front door repairs were minimal,needing nothing more than a tiny plate,welding in the bottom lots of filler,repairs because they were very battered,and bruised the rear doors were a,different matter although they weren't,too badly rusted the main problem I had,with the rear doors is there was no,check strap on the rear doors and it was,obvious that the doors had been allowed,to open up and fold around the hinges,meanin

My Solo Trip to ALASKA | Cruising From Vancouver to Anchorage

hello from alaska,welcome to alaska i'm so excited to be,here because alaska has been a bucket,list destination for me,for a long time and i'm going to be,cruising up the coast of alaska for 11,days with seabourn who are very kindly,hosting me on this trip and i'm so,excited yesterday was our first port day,and we were in ketchikan it's just this,cute little coastal town with the,colorful buildings and i got to go out,on a wilderness excursion today i,learned how to fish we went out fishing,for a few hours and now we are at a,wilderness camp and we have a bonfire,going i think i'm wearing four layers of,clothing getting the real alaskan,experience and then i went to sleep and,today i woke up and i looked out my,window and this is what i saw we are in,rudyard bay where the misty fjords,national monument is and this is what,john muir called the yosemite of alaska,so this is my first time ever on a,cruise ship and i had no idea how grand,this ship was going to be when i got on,board i was like oh my gosh they have,elevators of course they have elevators,there's like eight floors or nine floors,or ten floors or something here so as,you can imagine everything else has just,been like mind-blowing for me the whole,ship is so beautiful but my favorite,part is up here on this deck where they,have a pool and two hot tubs surrounded,by all of this scenery these mountains,and this fog it's just incredible,this morning we are somewhere that i,have wanted to visit for years we are in,sitka alaska it looks absolutely,gorgeous so i'm really excited to walk,around explore take some photos take,some video and then also in sitka they,have the alaska raptor center which is a,place where they rehabilitate injured,birds from the wild and they release i,believe,up to 200 birds a year that they have,helped heal,today in alaska we are cruising up the,endicott arm i woke up this morning to,see chunks of ice floating past my,balcony and there are seals on these,chunks of ice this afternoon i'll be,getting on one of the zodiac boats with,the ventures team getting a closer look,at the ice and hopefully a closer look,at some seals as well,can't get it out of my mind,we're back from the zodiac boat ride and,it was amazing there were seal pups,there was a rainbow the glacier was,having like it was,so so so cool and the pictures it was,photography christmas it was,the best thing ever also today i felt,like i got to step into one of my,fantasy selves if you've seen my video,on that,where we all have fantasy selves like,alternate realities and alternate,versions of ourselves one of my fantasy,selves has always been being like a,national geographic photographer and so,being out on like the rugged boat and,shooting the seals and like all of that,it just it felt like i got to step into,one of my fantasy selves for a day it,was really cool,today we're in haines alaska and this,morning i am out at the crosshall center,for orphaned animals it has been amazing,they all have a story like

in this video we're talking about how,starting a blog and putting myself out,there on the internet has completely,changed my life and how it can do the,same for you hey friends welcome back to,the channel if you're new here my name,is Ali I'm a doctor based in Cambridge,and around five years ago I made the,plunge to putting myself out there and,started my personal blog so since,basically my first year of University I,knew I wanted to start some kind of blog,I knew I wanted to start writing on the,internet but I had all of these fears,around it that I just could never really,quite get over like firstly there was,the fears around actually starting,writing online in the first place and it,was things like you know what the hell,am I going to write about why would,anyone read what I have to say surely if,my friends and family discovered that,I've got a personal blog that I've been,writing online and they're going to make,fun of me and they're going to think I'm,a terrible person and I had this real,barrier towards writing anything which,was that there was nothing that I was,going to produce that was original I was,stuck on this thing of having to be,original thinking that you know,everything out there has already already,been written about I'm interested in,Tech I kind of like productivity but,there's a zillion Tech blogs and,productivity blogs and YouTube channel,like what the hell am I as a 20 year old,medical student going to to contribute,towards this wider World there was fear,of perfectionism you know what if my,what if my article sucks what if people,think it's awful what if my grammar is,bad or even worse what if 10 20 years,down the line some employer who wants to,try and hire me as a doctor sees the,fact that I've started a Blog and is,like wait a minute why did you start a,blog in 2012 or 2013 like I had all,these like stupid fears in my mind and,for a solid like four or five years,these fears stopped me from putting,myself out there online they stopped me,from right from starting a blog from,writing a single word but then on the,2nd of January 2016 so basically five,years ago I discovered this book show,your work by Austin Cleon and this book,single-handedly changed my life and it's,actually the book that I have most,gifted out of any other book that I've,ever read I keep multiple copies of this,book in the house because often if I'm,talking to people and they come over and,they ask me for advice about anything at,all it's always around oh my God I'm,scared to put myself out there and I,just give them this book it's really,short it's really easy to get through,and it was just completely,groundbreaking for me and helping me get,over these various fears that I had and,actually taking the plunge into writing,on line and one of the things I really,like about this book is that it's really,a guide to self-promotion for people who,absolutely hate the idea of,self-promotion like I used to think,self-promotion was like a dirty thing,and oh my God u

The 9 Best Tips for Your First Month of Blogging I Wish I Knew

welcome to another vlogging video this,video is all about the goals and like,different tasks that I would do the,first month of vlogging so really it's,like my first month of blogging tips but,I think this will be really helpful and,even if you're not at that if you're,past that first month of blogging I,think it's really helpful for really,it's like for the first year and I have,individual tips that will just help you,grow your blog a lot faster and be a lot,more confident and know what's worth it,to spend time on versus what's not worth,it to spend time on first tip is to set,a schedule and stick with it to the,absolute best of your abilities I've,found from knowing people in in the,industry and then also just like,watching other people it is so easy to,have in your mind to start a blog and,then you realize how much work is,involved with it and something that you,have to be is super super consistent,like you have to be a consistent person,to have a Blog especially because it's,fully on you to do it you know like,you're not gonna have someone,watching you being like you need a post,today you need a post tomorrow it's just,that's not how it is so you have to be,super disciplined for me personally I,made a schedule for myself that I would,post a blog post,twice a week and I was easy on myself on,the fact that I wasn't like okay every,Wednesday Thursday I had to post a blog,post I was like all I need to do is post,two blog posts a week it doesn't matter,what days I post them at doesn't matter,what time and the grand scheme of things,it literally does not matter so don't be,like super intense about that but for me,from that Sunday to Saturday I was like,in between that time I have to have two,blog posts published and that really I,have to have the blog post published and,I have to have like the Pinterest done,for it and that really really helped me,stay on track wait follow up to that if,you be realistic with your time if you,can't do two blog posts a week then be,consistent with one blog post a week if,you have a lot more time you can do,three blog posts a week then do three,blog posts a week but what I would not,recommend doing is doing like one blog,post this week five blog posts the next,week none the week after like try to be,as consistent as possible with like two,two two two two this is a big one that I,harp on so much in my videos spend the,least amount of money possible because,it is such a small percentage of people,that actually stick with blogging and so,I always am like you know like get the,cheapest hosting do not invest in a 300,theme don't spend a thousand dollars on,the course spend the course buy the,course that's a hundred you know like,be super realistic with your money and,then even if you have money I would say,be realistic with it because then once,you start doing it more and more and,you're like okay like I'm actually I'm,consistent with it like I'm actually,gonna do this then that's when you could,spend the big bucks but the

this video is all about how to start a,blog in 2023 my name is Sophia I started,my blog five years ago and it is now a,seven figure business we have a team of,six of us which is insane I'm in my,office and it has kind of turned into,way more than a Blog but it all,originated from me starting a blog when,I was going into my sophomore year of,college I was absolutely broke and it,has begun this entire business began,begun this entire business you know how,to start a vlog maybe you don't know,grammar and in the last five years I,have learned so much like so so much,I've done a lot of things wrong but I've,also done a lot of things right that I,look back at and I am like okay this is,one of the reasons why I was able to,grow my business so fast or doing this,on the blog allowed me to start making,money earlier,Etc so in this video I'm going to go,over first I'm going to go over my top,tips for you for starting a blog that,becomes a successful business slash,makes money and then I'm going to give,you like the actual step by steps on how,to actually like start a blog I'm so,strategic in the way that I think that,you should be starting your blog and,just like the fastest way to do it and,again become successful so that will be,at the end of the video but let's get,into it because I think this is going to,be like a jam-packed video it's one of,my I film this video every single year,and it's one of my absolutely favorite,videos to film and I have a lot to say,and talk about so let's get into it tip,number one and this is something that we,are asked all the time IMS all the time,is how many blog posts should you be,posting a week I have a very strong,opinion on this,and the opinion is more to be consistent,than anything however I would recommend,posting twice a week I think that's like,a really good amount where you can get,Google and Pinterest and the social,medias knowing that you're serious about,this what I would highly not recommend,is that you would go and let's say one,week post five blog posts but then the,next week you're busy so you post none,and then the next week you post three,and then the next week none and then you,post their you know like be consistent,with it and be realistic too like,starting a blog is way harder than,people think which is why so many people,start blogs and then fail it's like no,joke it's so real it's like work I've,considered it worked from the very,beginning because it truly is and so,just be realistic with your time you,know like when I was starting my blog,like I said I was a full-time college,student and I could only get out two,posts a week but getting out those two,posts a week and being like religious,about getting out those two posts a week,I was able to like Garner the trust of,the platforms which sounds stupid but,it's like really true like you have to,get Google and Pinterest to trust you,and know that you're putting out good,content and are like almost serious,about it like they the things that those,network
