amazon jeff no jeff bezos what do all of,these things have in common i don't,really i don't really know actually jeff,bezos started amazon that's it it's,pretty obvious look if you've been,breathing oxygen on this planet in the,last five years you're probably an,amazon prime member that's how they're,trying to get us okay every last human,being on this planet will be a prime,member and that's on bozo jeff bozos but,how many of us have actually left a,review i haven't i don't know like what,has to spark inside of you to want to,leave review that's what i don't,understand if i really like something,i'm just gonna enjoy it i'm not gonna,spend time writing a review and if i,hate something,oh well like i don't care that much i've,never been that passionate about,something it's kind of sad,recently on amazon though i've been,reading reviews a lot because i just,moved to a new house and there's some,very mean or funny reviews most of the,one-star reviews are just people being,super harsh for no reason take this one,for example this one is a carbon,monoxide detector one star doesn't work,alarm sounds as soon as i put the,batteries in and won't stop sir that,means you have co2 in your home i hope,he's alright are you okay s dot hall no,one's heard of this guy since june 11,2017 or take this one star review of,this immortality book one star i died,this book doesn't work at all i wonder,if s hall wrote that review look at this,dinosaur kids pillowcase what okay so in,the listing it looks like i mean there's,a kid sleeping on the pillow right like,that's what you expect to get in the,mail you expect the dinosaur pillow but,in reality boom,god i feel so uncomfortable sleeping on,that every day whose idea was this who,whose kid is that and then some people,just sarcastically leave five star,reviews when in reality the product,sucks so they're just having fun with it,look at this half keyboard which by the,way i don't,why who's doing this who who needs this,five star review a great bard dashboard,is vergad,i've trade it for three weeks and,add tread it for three weeks and it,works great abraham,watcher,fave stars,fave scarves guys come on leave the,video fave stars below i wear this mask,to sing lullabies to my children they,are terrified of the mask whenever they,protest about their bedtime or ask for,too many sweets i whip on the mask i,whip i whip it on,and they soon know who is the king,penguin okay that's just weird and then,you got noise cancelling headphones so,not so funny story someone in the,apartment unit above us got stabbed says,adam according to the cop who,interviewed us the attacker rang the,upstairs doorbell and when the guy,answered the attacker forced his way in,and stabbed the guy you want to know,what the scary part is i didn't hear a,thing thanks to my amazing hyperx cloud,2 headphones unfortunately i already had,this exact picture tattooed on my chest,but this shirt is very useful in colder,weather i don't know who would get this,tattooed

Best of 2021! Top 10 Best Products from Amazon, Shark Tank, and More!

welcome back everybody this is james,white with frequent reviews and today is,my top 10 picks for my favorite items i,reviewed in 2021 i had to sift through,almost 200 items i reviewed this year to,come up with my top 10 favorite picks,the only criteria i used for this video,was that the items had to be reviewed by,me in 2021 so they may not be new items,but they're new to my channel without,further delay let's get right to my top,10.,let's start my top 10 with a very stupid,item and stupid is not my word for it,it's theirs it's the stupid car tray,this is an interesting device it,actually is just a tray that sits in,your car on the passenger seat it has,legs on one side not on the other so,where most passenger seats have an angle,this flattens it out so you can put food,there you can put a pizza box all kinds,of things it's one of those things that,once you have it it's kind of hard to go,back without it it hasn't just been me,i've got a lot of good input from,viewers as well i think the stupid car,tray is a great way to start off our top,10. check out some scenes from the,original review it's the stupid car tray,feet on one side and on the other and it,creates a level surface so when you have,things in the passenger seat of your car,they're not going to be tilted so some,of the other features it has velcro,straps around to hold food items in,place a couple of miscellaneous holders,here there's a cut out for your phone,charger if you want to put your phone in,there it even has bag clips if you want,to have some storage bags on there for,trash so normally if you're in your car,and you have pizzas,you put in the passenger seat it's at an,angle so the legs on this side gives you,a little boost on the lower end you can,also strap these in place i can see,delivery people really wanting to use,something like this,that's not good not good let's put the,stupid cartridge in there,that seems much flatter let's see what,the angle is here it's almost completely,flat this,is the stuff of nightmares and this is,what i would probably use the stupid car,tray for the most you can put your strap,right through the center there take kind,of a quick corner here see how this goes,whoa,big speed bump too,normally you would have been probably,wearing these drinks by now but it's,certainly doing what it's supposed to do,but my thought is the stupid car tray,works pretty well,number nine on my list is the quick flip,this is a hoodie that was featured on,shark tank and not only is it a hoodie,but it's also a backpack,i wasn't sure how much i was gonna like,this one but i've actually used it quite,a bit this year especially when,traveling i can put it on the plane if,it gets cold in there when i get to my,destination i can convert to a backpack,when i'm out shopping i would say it's a,good hoodie and i would say it's a good,backpack but together they make a great,product here's some scenes from my,original review welcome back everybody,today i'm taking a look at a product,

Best of 2022! 10 Best Products from Amazon, Shark Tank, and More!

foreign,welcome back everybody that's my sixth,annual best of the Year where I give you,my top 10 picks of the best products I,reviewed in 2022. I had to sift through,over 150 products I reviewed this year,to come up with the best of the bunch,they may not all be new products but,they are new to me in 2022 without,further delay let's get right to my best,of 2022.,foreign,We Begin our countdown with one of the,very first products I actually reviewed,in 2022 and that is the revolution,toaster it is a bit expensive and it may,not be the absolute best Toaster in the,world but it's so high-tech that it has,beaches that no other toaster out there,has so the reason it makes this list is,because it's a pretty good toaster with,a very high geek factor and after using,it every day for almost a year I,actually kind of like it and so does,everybody else around here so I think,the revolution toaster is a great way to,start off with our top 10. here's some,scenes from the original review all,right so looking at the front of the,toes it's very attractive looking,toaster here and it's all just a touch,screen there's no other controls but you,can select the different shades and it,shows you about what the toes are,supposed to look like over here is a,bagel feature waffles pastries English,muffins,I'm going to put it all the way down on,number one start button be impressed,oh well it does lower it myself I like,that feature,it played a nice little chime and raised,it very slowly by itself that's a very,nice feature all right so let's we got,here oh I mean I guess it's kind of in,the in the ballpark there of what number,one's supposed to look like loading the,bread in the toaster two fresh bread hit,the start button and,very cool the countdown begins,oh this is power level two,and does it look like the toast on the,screen kind of the Revolution toaster,one two three four five six I didn't do,seven because I had to turn the smoke,alarms off for number six I really like,the LCD panel I like the countdown I,like how it automatically pulls the toes,down but the gig factor is so high it's,worthy of place on my counter until I,find something better,now while my number 10 pick was a,high-tech Gadget number nine on my list,is pure Simplicity it is the paper towel,topper it doesn't do much but what it,does do it does well this simple Gadget,goes over your paper towel holder it,prevents it from getting wet it allows,you to dispense it more easily it's one,of those things you think to yourself,why didn't I think of this so check out,some scenes from my original paper towel,topper review this piece of round,plastic looks like one of those CD,covers back from the 90s but it's,actually the paper towel topper it's all,we're supposed to do is place it,over the paper towel,holder like this,right they're very simple a very simple,look so it's supposed to serve two,functions one is to protect the paper,towels from getting wet or getting,anything on them which I'll get my hands,wet an

Why Amazon Has A Fake Review Problem

From counterfeit goods to fake N-95 masks, price gouging to disappearing,orders, shoppers on Amazon have a growing need to proceed with caution,before clicking Buy Now.,Since Amazon's early days, reviews are the one big metric customers rely on,to determine the quality and authenticity of a product.,Turns out many of those reviews can't be trusted.,The review system as of today is broken.,Before the pandemic, the usual benchmark around our average fake reviews,was 30%.,The norm has now become close to 35%, 40%.,In recent years, thousands of fake reviews have flooded Amazon and Walmart,,eBay and others, just as sales numbers have skyrocketed.,And as shoppers stay home, online orders are up 57% since the same time,last year and the number of reviews is up 76%.,There's an element where you simply want to trust those stars and you want,to trust the numbers, because if you can't trust that, how do you know,what you're buying? From Facebook groups where bad actors solicit paid,positive reviews to bots and click farms that upvote negative reviews to,take out the competition, fake reviews have boosted sales of unsafe,products, caused huge brands to sever ties with Amazon and hurt business,for legitimate sellers.,We can't compete. We can't surface our products that are new and innovative,and truly valuable to consumers because other products that aren't so,great are playing this game of review manipulation.,We decided to find out why fake reviews have infiltrated Amazon, how,customers can spot an unreliable review, and what the trillion dollar,company and others are doing to stop them.,One big draw over competitors like Walmart, Target and eBay is that,Amazon's listings often have hundreds or even thousands of reviews instead,of just a handful. It's so easy, no matter what site you're on, to simply,say the most reviews with the most stars means the most level of,happiness. It's just simply not the case.,If those Amazon customers aren't really customers or if they're an,organization of paid individuals who just sit there and go five star, five,star, five star, that doesn't really tell me anything meaningful about the,product. Review software company Bazaarvoice did a study of 10,000,consumers at the end of last year.,42% of consumers are saying that fake reviews from the brand itself would,cause them to lose trust.,82% of those consumers are saying that would cause them to never buy that,brand again. The problem is fake and real reviews are getting harder to,tell apart. What It’s Like To Be A Professional Amazon Reviewer

Let's talk about fake reviews on Amazon...

welcome back everybody now today I'm not,doing a product review but I'm actually,talking about something that's probably,affected you as much as it affected me,and that is the kind of the dark side of,Amazon and the fact that people can't,really trust Amazon ratings and reviews,anymore so today I'm looking at three,ways that Amazon vendors game the system,now this is not a video I really wanted,to make I in fact first made the notes,from this video in March of 2022 so I've,been sitting on that long but with the,holiday season here everybody's on,Amazon I figured it'd probably be a good,time to just throw this out there at,least give you some ways to look at,Amazon and make sure you're not getting,fooled by some of these Shady vendors,out there so before I get to my three,reasons I want to talk about the reason,why I'm doing this video in the first,place but if you don't want to wait for,that I have chapters below you can skip,right to the good stuff but here's the,reason that I decided to make this video,not only do I spend a good amount of,money every year on Amazon but I send a,lot of people to Amazon as well and I,when I hear from people that have gone,to a vendor they didn't have a good,experience with I kind of feel a little,bit responsible for that even though it,really wasn't my my doing now I've been,an Amazon affiliate since 2006 that's 10,years longer than I've been on YouTube,there was a point in my life where I,actually made a living just from Amazon,affiliate income so I'm pretty familiar,with Amazon and all the inner workings,on good and the bad sides of it in 2021,I placed 143 orders totaling almost,fifteen thousand dollars on Amazon if,you do the math on that that's like,forty dollars a day 365 days a year just,on Amazon alone in 2022 the numbers are,going to be even higher but it's not,just my own personal experience with,Amazon while I want to make this video,it's because I sent other people there,as well when you count my clicks from,YouTube and my website and my email,newsletter on social media in 2021 I,sent 360,000 people to Amazon that's almost a,thousand people a day so when I go on,Amazon I see some of these Shady vendors,I kind of feel bad because I know I've,sent people there they're probably gone,on some of these listings and spent,money on bogus products when a vendor,ranks high on Amazon they can make a lot,of money so they don't really care about,if we're having a good experience as,long as they're lying in their pockets,and Amazon doesn't only have a lot of,tools to combat this either so let's get,right to three ways in which Amazon,vendors game the system number one would,be what I call the bait and switch,you've probably seen that before you go,to a listing and maybe use for an air,fryer and you go in the comments and,everybody's talking about a tablecloth,what happened there is the vendor,basically took an old or an active,listing with high ratings and just,switched it and hoping that you're not,going to go look
