i have about six seven or there about,other accounts,that i've been using,for over four years and it has not it,has never been banned or restricted,now this is because i believe i've been,following the facebook ads policy and of,course there are certain things which i,have been doing that has helped to keep,my other accounts safe,if you have been advertising on facebook,if you're a business owner e-commerce,athletes marketing whatever it is and,then you must have noticed that facebook,has been,banning people's other accounts recently,it's crazy like facebook has gone wrong,the ban account whether you adhere to,policy or not it's the restrict they,even restrict pages,they go as fast restricting people's,pages people's business manager people's,ad accounts and then you have to supply,the you know information like the,identity information and stuff like that,i understand all of that but in this,video i'm going to share with you 10,ways that you can keep your account safe,and avoid restrictions or burning,okay and also even if you get your other,accounts restricted i'm going to show,you exactly how to appeal it and get the,other account back,okay so stay with me that's what i'm,going to share with you in this video,like i said you have noticed that,there's been frequent banner,restrictions it's not just a nigerian,thing it's general everywhere around the,world facebook is crazy right now and,it's not fun for most entrepreneurs it's,not fun like i said i have a versus that,account that i've been using for about,four years it has never been banned and,of course i have a few other accounts,also that i have using to sell some kind,of products right i use it to do some,kind of stuff and it gets restricted i,appeal and they,let me have it someday,van okay,because i know what i sell and i know,that to an extent it's not kind of cool,with facebook but of course we have to,make sales now right so in this video,i'm going to share with you how to avoid,getting banned so let's get started,straight up the first one is don't use,before and after pictures in your ad,image,also don't use it on your sales page,because,when i when i the other adverts itself,or is the sales page facebook before,they approve your adverts they will,first of all get to your sales page they,will see where the advert is leading to,i mean this is common knowledge you,should already know this by now before,they approve your ad they will,scrutinize the ad scrutinize your sales,page and see where all of this is,leading to,if it add heads to their policy they,will approve your adverts,so one of the things that can get your,other account banned or restricted is,when you use before and after pictures,in your art image or on your sales page,avoid it if you want to use it to be,creative you can use it within a video,all right you can use it within a,product video and you have to use it in,a very creative and explanatory way,i hope that makes sense,second one is you have to avoid deleting,comments on your ads this one is crazy,truth is,when you start running ads right people,are going to drop some nasty comments,some very very silly comments and stuff,like that it's it's it's you should get,used to it,okay,you have to limit the way you delete in,fact you should stop deleting,okay you should stop deleting because,when you do this facebook considering it,considers it a negative feedback,okay,and every negative feedback that they,get from your ad that is from the,engagement on your ad,any negative feedback that they get,there,can actually trigger a restriction on,your on your other account it has a very,bad effect,so you should avoid deleting comments,okay,facebook might be thinking that you're,trying to mislead people in fact the,best thing is just to hide the comment,if any comment goes against your stuff,hide it or you go to your page settings,and include certain keywords that you,don't want to appear on your ad so that,when you are running adverts and,somebody tries to type in nascam or this,or that it cannot the comments will not,appear,all right so your best bet is to use,that keyword option on your facebook,page settings or you hide every bad,comment that you don't want to appear,on your ad,you hide it or you report a spam,okay you should be also careful the way,you report,because the more reports,the the more comments that you report or,hide then facebook you need to sense,some kind of power play,so it increases your chances of getting,restricted be careful stop deleting,comments hide them and if someone so,nasty respond to the person politely so,that other people can come there and see,your response and know that this person,is a silly human being you know,the third one is that you should not,advertise multiple website domain,on the same ad account,i have different for instance i have,different,i have up to 60 other accounts right and,these other accounts have i've assigned,different domains i've registered,different domains,under each of them and,i will not for any reason whatsoever i,use this ad account for any other domain,or any other business,those are the domains that they're going,to be advertising as long as the,business stands,so you should avoid,choking,your other accounts with multiple domain,registration and multiple domain adverts,okay,if you if you have multiple domains get,more ad accounts,get more ad accounts you can register,probably two three domains and that's,enough but i use one and i think that,one is okay,account for me it has been working for,me it's been over four years and i've,not been restricted or banned so i think,for now i'm very okay with having,having different domains for different,accounts so that i don't get,into any issues with facebook,the fourth one is,you should avoid using copyrighted,materials this one is common,sometimes when you use certain music in,your video you notice that the music,stops as at a point,at a point,and then the video continues but the,music is not playing anymore that is,because it's copyrighted,the same thing happens with celebrity,pictures and videos and images that you,do not have any rights to do not use,them because if these people see them in,fact they have bots they have things,like they can see them,once you use a copyrighted video,music whatever it is,you are most likely to get a restriction,of the band because you do not have a,right to the resources to those,materials,these are the things that can put your,other account in your party they can put,you in a position of getting banned and,that is why i always teach people in my,e-commerce class and if you want to sell,a product,ensure that you do the video yourself,create a video yourself,so that no one gets to report your other,account for violating their own privacy,or for using their own materials okay so,avoid using copyrighted materials,so that you don't you know so that you,don't get your account banned,don't make claims that are bogus don't,make claims that are not verifiable,right,clips like financial claims,um,health claims,um family claims a lot of claims don't,make claims at all facebook does not,want any claims on their platform okay,how to make 300 thousand dollars in,three months how to lose 20 kg in two,days how to drive,how to buy this and don't make claims,facebook franchise claims whether on the,adverts copy whether on your sales page,do not make claims,if you want to make limbs there are ways,that you can creatively,make these claims and it will work for,you okay i have a course on e-commerce,that i sell with through facebook ads,and i don't tell people that how you can,make,how you can make or how to make sure,amount ever you know,what that means is how we what i say is,how we,i use us now how we make so-so amounts,right how we make at least or how we,make over so amount monthly doing,e-commerce,i'd not say how you can make i'm not,making any claim i'm i'm using me and,not you,and then i i go ahead on the copy to,explain how we do it's not how you can,do it,what yo,so that you don't fall into the mistake,i explained how we do it,so that you can begin to see yourself in,us i don't see you i want to avoid,facebook problems and so i have to,creatively find a way to use these,things without actually using it,number six that you must not use trigger,words on your ads on your landing page,wherever you don't,lose weight,don't even use personal attributes like,fat,are you fat um,are you black,if you're a christian,if you're a muslim,if i might don't use faith persona i,don't attack people's personal,attributes like fat shorts religious,what's it called again,sexuality,all right,mental issues stuff like that don't use,those trigger words on your advert it is,going to,cause a problem to your other account,even to your page,also your business manager so avoid,using trigger words,facebook makes this clear personal,attributes is a no no,number seven is that do not let you add,account to balance you know there's,always money in other accounts right,right because your ad account if you are,using for instance in nigeria we have,two types of other accounts we have the,post paid,and the prepaid,the prepaid is that is an narrative,account an error is prepared you have to,have you must have money in your other,accounts before you're able to run,adverts,that's for prepaid for post spread is,probably dollar ad account you can run,that you can run out when you run out,then after you have spent a certain,amount they will now charge you,so even if you have zero account balance,you can still go ahead to run advance,after,you run a certain amount or after some,days or some weeks they will now charge,you,now always ensure that you have money,in your other account whether it's my,account or dollar account,make sure you always have money don't,allow your money in your account to,finish while your ad is still active,can lead to restriction because when,they try to build you and then the,building fails,first time it can lead to restrictions,second thought they can restrict your ad,account and then they might possibly ban,you from there,ensure that there's always money in your,balance do not let your other account,balance get empty while your advert is,still active it can trigger restrictions,if you're enjoying this video limit it greatly,limit it greatly,i'm not saying you should not use i'm,saying you should limit,okay,yes,so the last one which i'm going to get,to but before we get to the last one,please ensure that against their,policy okay you can do all of this,honestly you see i've listed 10 things,here,the truth is,you can do all of these 10 things,right you can,try your best to be safe to be clean to,not go against their policy and facebook,will still restrict your other account,they'll still buy you that is they have,gone wrong they have gone mental they,don't collude,everybody just being served this,breakfast from facebook but that's by,the way all right,if you notice that your other account is,restricted do not panic,the simplest way or the best thing is to,appeal it,and you have to be polite about it do,not be aggressive do not be,temperamental,do not insult them,you can say hi i noticed that i was,informed that my ad account has been,restricted,um this is shocking to me because i know,the facebook ads policy and i have ahead,to all your policy,i believe,that my other account was restricted in,error,this is because,i sell,this that and i sell xyz products,and my target audience are,xyz within the age bracket of these and,this age bracket i have legger each to,purchase or to see this kind of adverts,understand that facebook does not allow,this and that and that and i have i have,not gone against your policy,i have every reason to believe that my,other account was restricted in error,therefore i humbly,request that you kindly have a look at,this,and and reinstate my other account or,and restore my advertising assets,so that i can commence,advertising and showing my business to,the people who need my products or,services,i look forward to your kind response,thank you you put your name simple,simple,don't shout don't scream you see the way,we took it,calm,gentle politely whoever is reading that,because whoever is going to release it,is a human being whoever is reading that,is going to find it calm soothing and,you know very very,well coordinated message and then they,will have a look at your,ad restriction and they will lift the,ban and then you can they will restart,your advertising assets and then you can,start advertising,like i said i have i've had,some other accounts that i used to sell,some kind of products most times and,they get,restricted,and then i appeal and they restate it,but i have this very six other account,that i use for my business strictly i,don't use them for any other thing,i know i don't use them for e-commerce i,don't use them at least marketing for,whatever i have,my my line of business my series of,businesses that i use this ad account,for and that is that i'm not going to,touch them for any other business but,for the awards i use for e-commerce and,i place marketing sometimes i get,restricted i get some karma from,facebook and i politely,appeal this stuff and then they restate,it if facebook ban your other account,one appeal if they burn if they if they,restrict you to other accounts sorry,appeal if they restrict your page,also appeal,okay other accounts restriction,doesn't take long for them to what's going on ladies and gentlemen in,this video we're going to discuss how to,prevent your facebook ad accounts from,getting disabled,shutdown and these are lessons that i've,learned from spending over a million,dollars plus in ads so first things,first why should you listen to me that's,a great question it seems like nowadays,everybody is an expert they're trying to,tell you how to do something and to be,100 honest with you,the real reason why i created this video,is because when you go to youtube or you,search this stuff all the stuff people,are telling you is just the basic stuff,that just doesn't work so,i've spent countless hours dealing with,this stuff myself and i wanted to come,on here and share with you the lessons,that i've learned so like i mentioned,spent well over a million dollars just,inside facebook's business manager i,guess you could call that meta sweet now,i've also managed over 100 active client,accounts at once and yes they all got,shut down at the same time,no bueno but that caused me to learn,more about this and do my research and,figure out and test different ways so,i'm also i've also taught 250 plus,entrepreneurs how to run ads inside the,facebook ads manager the business suite,as well and then business manager is our,main way of getting clients so i have to,be up to date with everything in order,for my business to grow right like our,main way of getting clients is through,instagram dm ads however all that goes,into play with facebook since instagram,is part of facebook so i have to,personally be on top of all this,and i put a picture here just in case,you couldn't pick me up from down here,so you know who you're talking to,so here are the 10 rules i want to cover,with you guys now before i jump into,this,these rules are simply recommendations,and lessons that i've learned along the,process,right there is no such thing as the,facebook handbook i mean if you wanted,to go and read their policy you could,it's definitely something i'm gonna,recommend however that is constantly,changing and it's not a hundred percent,accurate saying you can do this you,can't do this right so these are simply,the lessons i've learned along the way,of spending quite a bit of money on ads,over the years and yes there have been,people that spent more money than me on,ads there's also been people that spent,less money than me on ads i'm just gonna,share with you what works for me and,what i've learned and what i share with,my clients so,rule number one is warm up,always warm up the new ad accounts and,facebook pages before running real ads,now what does this exactly mean,it means that if you are running a brand,new ad account before you put up your,conversion your ads your messenger ads,whatever it is what i always do if it's,a brand new ad account i will warm up,the page and the ad account with an,engagement ad,and the reason i do this is because we,want it to get approved something that's,so simple and usually it's just like a,logo or a picture with no text or,anything just an engagement and that way,we're just running it until it spends,about ten six to ten dollars an ad spend,after it spends about six to ten dollars,in ad spend you are good to go and you,can get started with,your next one which would be rule number,two one new ad at a time,this is a big thing where i see a lot of,people mess up and then instantly get,their entire ad accounts and business,managers shut down right so whenever,you're publishing an ad for the first,time you want to publish one ad at a,time once that's approved then duplicate,or create other ads however you want to,do it this will prevent you from getting,multiple ads disabled and and getting in,facebook jail or facebook treble what,this really means is basically,instead of publishing 10 different 10,ads at once what i always like to do is,i i split test my stuff based off,interest right so like i always use like,one image and then test different,interests with it first so what i'll do,is i will test that,image,with one interest and then get it,approved and then go out and start,testing different interests from there,with the same ad so i want to get the ad,approved before publishing all of them,at once because if you publish one ad,and you get that disapproved,it's going to be okay like you can go,back and fix it right but if you publish,one if you publish 10 of the same ads,all at the same time like you launch,them all at once and then they all get,disapproved well you have a much higher,chance of getting your entire account,shut down,which goes into rule number three expect,to get disabled,don't freak out when it happens it's,honestly part of the process and this is,what i tell my clients is like you are,going to get disabled it is part of the,process i literally got disabled,yesterday but then got my ad account,back within 30 minutes i'll share with,you how and why but expect to get,disabled especially if it's your first,time running ads facebook ad accounts,business manager is disabled it happens,what typically i've seen to happen and,again this as the recording of this,video it's it's 2022.,um,and what it's going almost september,2022 coming up on september so again,check down below if you're watching this,video to see if there's an updated,version but this is what we're finding,right now,is typically what happens is you'll,first get your ad,account disabled and it'll ask you to,confirm your id,once you confirm your id and you pass,that process then it's going to,typically disable one of your facebook,pages and then once you get that,approved then you're usually kind of in,the green for a little bit i'll explain,a little bit more of that here in a,second but here are some important tips,that you're going to want to know is,when you are,sending in your id make sure to send an,id that matches your name on facebook,exactly if your name on facebook does,not match your,driver's license id you will get,disapproved and you will be permanently,dis,permanently banned on facebook it's even,like i had it happen one of my clients,she had,um she was divorced and her name on her,id was different than her actual one so,she ended up getting disabled we had,fixed it i have some ideas for that but,point being is like make sure that your,id matches it identical,and this is also really important too,make sure that the id that you send in,is a clear screenshot no smudges no,blurs no nothing completely clear with,good lighting,and is either a png or jpeg only,if you send in a photo id from your,phone of your id and is a like hex or,whatever they call it sometimes if you,send your photo from your phone to your,computer sometimes it comes back as like,a heck or heic whatever that,you want to make sure that's only png or,jpeg so make sure you only do a g,png or jpeg,next like i mentioned your page disabled,that's part of the process typically,after your page gets disabled and you're,reapproved you're in a good spot now,when your page gets disabled,they're going to make sure that it's,you're legit right so like i would,suggest as you're warming this up that,you're posting on the page you're,engaging with people and stuff like that,but if you can go through this point,where you get your id,confirmed and then you get a page,disabled and then you get your page back,you're usually in the green for a while,because facebook it's almost like you've,been in jail and you were wrongfully,accused,right so going in rule number four comes,straight in point,get thrown in jail and prove your,innocence so if you can use a page,that's been disabled then re-enabled the,better kind of like what i was talking,about it's like being charged for a,crime you didn't do and then once you're,released and reapproved you're good so,it's like you're being charged for,something you never did then you're put,back in society and the judge is like,hey we're sorry we're not going to come,after you again like you're good that's,basically how it goes with the facebook,page side of things for a little bit,i'll explain that here in a second but,you also want to spend some time um like,spend the extra time actually doing the,stuff most people won't do which is,verifying your business manager,if you don't have an llc it would be,it's not it's not required but it'd be,smart to have an llc to,add that inside the business info,make sure all of your domains are,connected and do everything facebook,wants you to do right like fill out all,the info that facebook wants you to do,rule number six is have one location at,all times this is the biggest reason,accounts get disabled is if you travel a,lot like i did when i would consistently,get ad accounts disabled which again,no bueno,the biggest thing i've done is i have a,vpn on at all times even when i'm at,home like right now i have a vpn on i,use expressvpn and i have it on and says,i'm always in one location so for me i,live in miami and my expressvpn even,says i'm in miami and also just it's,something good to have especially if you,go to the coffee shop or switch up your,work sometimes,that helps,the other thing with this,when i travel i try not to edit ads,while i'm traveling i do my best not to,so anything if i have a week-long,vacation or something in like mexico and,vacations or staycations because we,always you know we're always we're,hustlers we always work on those you,know what i'm saying so it's one of,those things where what i'll do is i'll,plan a whole week of new ads or whatever,i want to be tested and like ran while,i'm gone like i won't be i won't be,running ads in miami and then going to,cabo and then testing a bunch of new ads,right it's just one of those things that,i've found that if you are traveling,even if you have a vpn on sometimes,facebook picks up on that again there's,nothing in the handbook that says this,but these are things i found,rule number seven you guys read the,rules,read the rules i can't tell you how many,people just don't read the policy like,it's sometimes just as easy as staying,compliant with facebook and,understanding what you can and can't do,now i know it's nothing's a hundred,percent but,just spend some time reading the rules i,promise it's gonna help out it takes,like 10 15 minutes and just read them,once a month because they're always,being updated,so like for example right off the bat,the biggest thing i see people mess up,is they make income claims you can't,tell people hey work with me and i'll,help you make a hundred thousand dollars,like if you say that you're gonna get,flagged it might get proved right might,get approved at first but then it'll,eventually get flagged and then you'll,be in trouble so it's worth it to put in,the extra work and read the rules um,before and after pictures especially in,um,like the weight loss industry or the,fitness space those are no bueno you'll,definitely get flagged for that at some,point so be careful with that,point bn is here guys number seven just,read the rules,and number eight understand the disable,i think this is huge a lot of times when,people get disabled,they flip out they freak out and try to,figure out what's going on it's like and,they do a million different things they,click a bunch of different buttons they,blow up facebook and do all this and,you gotta,take a deep breath,understand it's part of the process it,happens like you will get disabled i,don't know anyone that's successful,that's running any ads online that has,not been disabled,it's gonna happen but spend some time,doing research on it if they tell you,you got disabled for,mlm scheme well read it understand like,be like okay well maybe maybe i did this,maybe this is why it said that don't go,back out and be like facebook's crazy,i'm doing everything right you obviously,did something wrong that flagged it now,you could be doing everything right but,it's something that flagged it so the,way i look at is like okay well maybe,it's that word right there maybe if i,tweak up that word and try it again i'll,be good,you know best way to do this is just go,to account quality and see why facebook,is disabling you that typically they,give you a decent reason why,but you want to actually take that in,consideration and like if you get,disabled from a specific ad don't run,the ad again like try something,different,rule number nine no red,red is no bueno as well you know have,you picked up since i've moved to miami,i'm picking i'm working on my spanish,over here i know a total of like 10,words,uh,no red,is you don't want red guys clean up any,red if you see that in there you see any,like the amount of times i've worked,with clients and they've been running,ads in the past,or they've tried it themselves or,whatever it is they look at their,account and they have all kinds of like,errors in their account or things that,are read clean that's the first thing i,tell all of them is clean that up before,we start anything before you publish new,ads you don't want any red the more red,you have in there,the more chances you are of getting be,disabled,so you should not be publishing any ads,if it's if there's any red,what i recommend to do is delete or,somehow remove the red from your account,before publishing the new ads,typically it's,most of the time it's as easy as just,deleting the ads or the campaigns that,are read,but again you want to make sure your,account quality there's no red in there,you want to make sure your ads manager,there's no red no red no red no red,no red,rule number 10 keep it simple we have a,saying inside,aia authority income accelerator my,company,simple scales,complex fails same thing with your,ads that you run be broad with your ads,it gives facebook less room to come,through and police your ads right same,thing with the videos,like it's one of those things where if,you have a 15 second video,versus a five minute video,that gives facebook,just put this in perspective if you have,a 15 second video facebook has 15,seconds of words they're gonna scan,to see if you abide by their policy,right,if you have a five minute video that is,300 seconds of words that they're going,to scan and read through and make sure,everything's legit,before,policing and letting you approve things,so keep it simple that's why like if i,with our ads and everything like,everything is super simple sometimes,we'll go over the 15 seconds but like,our best performing ads are literally 15,seconds long so keep that in mind simple,scales complex fails and then a bonus,for you guys because you know i always,got to over deliver,this is a tip that probably won't find,anywhere else but,save your id submissions,so when you confirm your id the first,time save that picture of the id that,you have,and make sure you save it re-upload it,because they are going to ask you to,confirm your id again in the future it's,kind of like hey,you know kind of like a probation thing,like,you were wrongfully accused but we're,going to come back here and we're going,to actually confirm that you are who you,say you are right like make sure you,didn't change your id in the past 90,days or something,it's crazy i know but something that we,found um something i found as well,you know it's it's good to have,but just like go through these things,it'll help you out now what i will say,is there's no way i obviously answered,every single question that you had in,this video,i get it if your account has been,disabled or you have a question,specifically about it drop your,questions down below um i'll do my best,to answer them based off the stuff that,i found,but i also think it'd be cool to kind of,like drop a thread down here
