yo what's up guys Nash here coming at,you with a brand new video and today,we're talking about how to deal with the,super annoying thing of refunds so,unfortunately it's part of every,e-commerce business you're always gonna,have you know people asking for refunds,or exchanges or their money back or all,these kind of different things and it's,just something that you have to expect,but there are certain things that we can,do to sort of eliminate the amount of,refunds or at least like cover ourselves,when people actually pass form so you,don't have to give out as many as people,asked for,so before jump in three quick things if,you haven't already go ahead and hit,subscribe or just you know drop it free,value for you guys every single damn,generally genuinely trying to help you,guys out and it's free so why the heck,would you not want to subscribe and,while you're at it just to like go ahead,and hit that notification bow as well,because you know then you'll be notified,exactly when I actually drop the content,which every single day like I said,because we're trying to get everybody on,this channel to at least a hundred,dollars a day everybody that subscribes,to the channel into at least a hundred,dollars a day which is totally doable,lastly if you liked it go ahead and give,me a like it helps me rank the video and,helps me you know help out more people,as well so how do you deal with refunds,well the number one thing that you got,to do is set up a terms of refund okay,and what is this basically it's like a,page where on your website where you,explicitly lay out your refund policy,and I know a lot of people don't talk,about this but it's it's important to,have and you know any legitimate,business that you see is gonna have some,sort of like refund policy terms of,service participant all this kind of,stuff so how do you actually go ahead,and set that up well I pulled out the,test so test site so we can check it out,but essentially what you're gonna do is,you're gonna go to the settings which is,right down here and you're gonna go to,checkout so your store's checkout and,you're gonna go all the way down to the,bottom here and you probably won't have,these letters but what you can do is,just go to generate sample refund,privacy policy in terms of service and,what that's going to do is just give you,like a um you know in general you know,refund policy and all this kind of stuff,that you can edit if you want to but,with this information you can actually,go ahead and make pages on your website,that have to do with it so you know,we'll just copy and paste this and it'll,go over to online store pages and as you,can see I've already made them for this,but essentially you're just going to go,add a page and you're gonna copy and,paste that information from those text,boxes and to make privacy policy brief,on policy and Terms of Service now in,your refund policy you can structure a,couple different ways but what I,recommend doing is only doing refunds if,the product is unopened and if the,product is if they send it back to,myself not to the manufacturer but to my,personal address so once I actually,received the product realize that it's,no unopened and you know something,that's wrong with me or whatever then,that's when I'll actually go ahead and,do the refund if for you know if they,refuse to do that or if they've already,opened it then you know sorry it's in,our Terms we can't do a refund,unfortunately and you know be super,polite about it but just tell them that,you can't do a refund and refer them,back to the refund pages so that they,can actually realize that you know that,is in the terms and that they should,have read that and guys so that's that's,sort of how it works there now when you,actually want to do a refund essentially,what you're gonna do is you know whoever,the order is you're going to go to the,orders page and let's just say for,example it's like I don't know like this,order here 1037 what we can do is just,click on the order and scroll down and,you can see you like $14.99 and we're,just gonna hit the refund button I'm not,going to do it because I don't want to,refund them but I just hit the refund,button and that'll send a refund to the,customer just know that you refund it in,and yeah so that's essentially it so,hopefully these tips were helpful for,you guys I know that's video was short,but it doesn't really need to be too,long because it's pretty easy so,hopefully they were helpful for you guys,if they work go ahead and hit so you have a store,you have some products someone buys your,product but it seems to be an issue,there and they request a refund so what,do you do all right guys so I'm going to,show you how you can deal with this,welcome to this new video let's get,started first of all we need to stay,calm and try don't to panic here because,uh it's something that uh it actually,happens to everyone at least once in a,while just remember that every 10 sales,one of them is always going to be a,refund or are they going to be,requesting a refund so how do we deal,with this all right so as you can see,here I'm into my Shopify store what I,wanted to do here is to locate my,product uh the very easy way to deal,with this refund,um products speaking about Drop Shipping,is to go into your settings,once you are here into your settings you,want to locate,the policies so here I do have the,policies of the refund policy as you can,see this one pews,um as as nothing actually there's,nothing in there so if someone buys,something from my store and they're,actually wondering what is next or you,just want to figure out what we can do,and you want to prepare for what's,coming next well good for you because,you are in the right place,so if you don't have a refund policy you,and you actually don't know how to,create a refund policy,lucky for us Shopify has this template,that we can create we can even create,privacy policies in terms of servers,shipping policies and all that,so what I want to do is to go and create,from template,so voila we do have a template here of,the refund policy,now it says we have 30 day return policy,which means,to start return you can contact us as,and in here please my custom email,you can create your return address,actually I'm going to be deleting this,at the moment,like this because actually we're going,to be deleting with Drop Shipping,refunds right and for that uh first of,all we need to have the templates,already created all right so once we,have our refund policy already created,and updated,we want to go into safe,still a policy saved all right so if I,go into my products,here I might see my product I want to,click into this item and I might see,everything I need to know about this,product for example how many people buy,this product how many people make the,the um the actual refund so I'm going to,be showing you a so here into this,example I actually looked at this option,I actually looked at this customer that,paid 14 with 99 dollars of a product,here was tracking number and here was,the payment that I already received that,money,so if someone something is not right,with the product what's going to happen,here is that we need first of all to,contact if you have any issue your job,shipping supplier in my case I am,currently using Visage so here into,Theseus what I did to solve the issue,because I I was actually nervous I,didn't know what to do but fortunately I,stay calmed and went into diesel.com and,I scroll all my way down,and try to find the block section or The,Help Center actually and go into the,live chat now,so they are into the live chat now there,are people that can be helping you into,the Messenger application to truly for,free you don't have to do absolutely,anything but from my point of view,speaking about a Drop Shipping section A,Drop Shipping,um requestment of refund you don't have,to do absolutely anything because you do,don't create a product and you didn't,send the product,so the only thing that can be like a,little difficult for you to do is to,make the actual refund so the only thing,that we need to do in those kind of,situations after uh this is verified,that the product is not right after they,verified that the actual product didn't,came correctly or they just didn't want,it,um v-series is going to be telling you,like you know what we just figured out,that the product is actually correct and,everything is alright so we're gonna,choose out a discount to this guy so,what you want to do,is to select the product that you sell,for example let's say that you sold the,product of ten dollars and they added a,20 discount so that means that you're,going to be having eight dollars,um so they're gonna be taking from you,two dollars of that so with that keep in,mind,you want to go into the refund section,and have to make the refund you don't,want to input the full amount only a 20,discount of that,easy as that right so we just want we,are just taking we're just managing the,actual refund from our store into uh,into the client but speaking about the,product speaking about to receive our,products or any issue with the product,we have to be worrying about that,because your Drop Shipping supplier is,going to be taking care of everything so,that's the reason why we do have this,amazing Drop Shipping suppliers and if,you have any questions you can go into,the support section go into the fiq,section for example here you're going to,go into the hub center,and here into the help center I mean if,you don't even have this is you can go,into the hub center of your drop,supplier and here I want to look for my,keyword which that would be refund,hit into search in my case actually it,don't appear in here so I'm going to,proceed to go into orders,and here into orders what I want to do,is to scroll the way down until I found,the Fulfillment or canceled order or try,to look for something else related into,what I'm looking for and I might be,having the answer that I was looking,into the process so I'm going to go into,refund once again if let's see if I can,find something related into refund,actually I don't have that but if you,have a cancel order or if someone was,failed,here are going to be a few steps that,can help us to resolve the issue so here,as you can see we can,um,we can track we can manage our order so,if I go into my login I get it looked,into my Diesel's account,once I am in here into my thesis account,I want to go into open orders,in here into the open orders it might be,appearing in here the order that was,played is already from my store from my,Shopify store and to my thesis account,so I can see some fail orders I can see,if it cancel orders I can see fulfill,orders avoid me pavement orders I can,see everything in here I can manage,everything in here from the thesis,application so once again since diesels,in my case this is It's the Drop,Shipping supplier of my store they are,going to be taking care of,the situation so there's nothing to be,worried about so once again go into the,section of the messenger so you can,contact them and you can go like I don't,know what to do I am quite new in this,and they are actually extremely,extremely helpful and kind and they are,going to be taking a lot of time just to,connect with you and to help you with,the situation that you might be having,so that's the reason why,um I do love to have the drop shaping,section so uh hopefully guys this was a,very
