In today's video, we will understand how to make payments set up at the business level,,Ad account level & personal ad level. In the last video, we understood what is the,difference between these three. At what level, with which account you can give access to it,,like how you can manage it as an agency, as a freelancer or as a personal manager.,In today's video, we will understand about payment setup. I am sharing the screen with you.,You are watching my screen. This is my regular dashboard of Facebook. From here we will go to the,Ad manager then menu first. Click on the Ads. As soon as I open Ad Manager,,my personal account will be open. You must have seen,personal Ad account, this is what I told in the last video. We'll go to the menu; as soon as you click on Ad,,your Ad account will be created. If already created, then it will redirect you to that account.,This will not create your personal Ad account again. A personal Ad account is created only once.,As soon as I came here, my personal Ad account opened. So here I will go to another ad account.,Where there are some campaigns and status from which you will get a little overview.,You can see the dashboard here. There were already some campaigns run here.,I maximize this. Till now, some campaigns are running from this personal account of mine. You can see the entire status below.,Now here, we need to understand what is the condition of payment setup on a personal account.,I'll go to the Menu. I'll go to 'All Tools' and then to 'Billing.' As soon as I click on Billing,, it will direct me to the billing page, where my complete history will show, when the amount has been credited and when it has been debited. It will show it all here., As you see, my available balance is Forty-two rupees at the personal account level.,If I want to add funds here, then I click on 'add fund' from here.,I will get a payment option, debit card or credit card, UPI, PAYTM, Net Banking.,These four options come at the personal Ad account level. The same thing in Ad account, it means in that new business account,we create in that business manager; we create an Ad account. What happens if we set up payment on that ad account?, Let's see. Now I will go to the business setting, through which I will go to the business manager,,from there, I will take any one business manager. I opened this business manager,which we saw in the previous video. Now I went to the settings of this business manager.,Yesterday we created aad account here 'WscubeTech Learning'.,Now I set the payment method of this ad account here., As soon as I go to the payment method, here I click on add payment method.,Here is giving you the options Debit Card and Credit Card & Online Banking. The country is India. I take INR in currency.,The currency in India is INR. As soon as I took INR in the currency,, the option of online banking was removed from here. You can add the amount here only by debit and credit cards., This is for an ad account. You get four options on personal.,Ad account, debit card or credit card, UPI, PAYTM, Net Banking. But on an Ad account, you have the option of,debit and credit cards only. This is the difference. After this, we see how you can set up payment at the business manager level.,If I go to business settings, it will take me to the business manager of Facebook.,Facebook's Business Manager has appeared. I go to the setting. As soon as I click on the setting,,it will directly take me inside Facebook's Ad manager as well as business settings.,There will be the option of payment setup, as well as if you want to give direction to someone,or give account roles, then you can also give that. We saw this in the previous video.,Right now, I go to payment settings, and here you can enter your tax information which is for GST.,If you are working for any company or agency then you should not enter your GST number.,If you are doing it for a client, then take access from the client to his business manager,and ask him to enter his tax information on his business manager,or by taking information from them, you enter it, it means that you are running a business for a client,,then you should not enter your tax information. If you are working for a client, you put their GST number or tax information here.,Do not enter your personal or tax information. Take care of it. Now in the payment method, I clicked on 'Add Payment Method.',Here also, it is giving you the option of debit and credit. If you want to add payment directly,,then you can use debit and credit cards here as well.,When I click on 'Add,' it will take all the card details from you. Then, it'll ask for all information it wants.,You can enter your card details here, through which you can set up payment.,This is the basic information on the payment level. You get four options on your Ad account,,a debit card or credit card, UPI, PAYTM, or Net Banking. In Ad account level, you can add an amount with,a debit card or credit card. You can add an amount with a debit or credit card at the business account level.,Like I entered information in tax. I click on Add Tax Info. It asks for your GST number, PAN number, business name, and address.,Now the question is, is it compulsory? It is not mandatory. This is optional. There is a lot of optional here related to text info.,If you are a freelancer, even if you don't use it, if you don't have GST, then there is no problem.,If you are working at the company level, then you enter your tax info. If you are also doing freelancing,, you also have a client; then it will be my recommendation to you people that you apply for GST, which is not costly,through which your Ad account will be secure. Facebook will not consider it fake. It will not block you, will not disable it,related to terms & conditions and policy. In the upcoming video, we will see the, the policy of Facebook Ads, the terms & conditions or policy regarding the advertisement.,This is a payment setup system in business manager, ad account & personal ad account. hi guys it's ben heath from lead guru,and in this video,i'm going to talk about what you should,do if you've generated zero sales,from facebook ads if you've run facebook,ads for you know,a little bit of time you're relatively,new to this and you've tested a bunch of,things and just nothing's working,perhaps it's zero sales perhaps it's a,couple of sales but just you're just not,getting any results,what's most likely the problem there and,what should you do about it that's what,i'm gonna be talking about,in this video now before i get into that,trying to very quickly ask you to smash,that like button,please click that thumbs up button,that'd be much appreciated and help me,out,and of course subscribe to my youtube,channel if you are new and haven't done,so,already so a lot of facebook advertisers,go through this you know,usually when they're relatively new to,facebook advertising but not always,where,they're advertising something and it's,just not working they're testing a whole,bunch of different stuff,and they're getting as i said either,zero sales or,just a couple of sales nothing that's,sustainable no results to speak of,what's most likely the problem there one,assuming that you haven't made,massive errors so i'm going to assume,for the purposes of this video that,perhaps you've been through one of my,tutorials on how to set up a campaign or,someone else's,and you've got the basics of your,campaign set up properly,not glaring errors like you're,advertising to 3000 people which is way,too,small an audience size provided you,haven't made massive errors,that you can you can find out how to,avoid those by watching any sort of,tutorial online of how to set up a,campaign,and you're still not generating any,sales it's,most likely your product your service,what what you're offering,and the price point you're offering it,at there's most likely not,demand for your product or service,or offer at the price point you're,offering it at,now yes when people see this scenario,and they see zero sales they think oh,okay i haven't got my campaign set up,properly so,that's when they start to educate,themselves which is great you know,educating yourselves via places like,youtube and through course and stuff is,absolutely what you want to be doing,but then they start changing things,right they start i'm at the ad set level,right here and they start coming in they,go or should i be using dynamic creative,should i be,changing my targeting options should i,change my placement options you know and,i think that it's the settings within a,facebook ad account is what's gonna,make the difference between sort of zero,sales in the campaign working really,well,that's unlikely to be the case yes if,you're relatively new to facebook,advertising there are almost certainly,things,that can be improved within your ad,account even if you're an experienced,advertiser,there's probably things that an agency,like mine could look at and be like,well we're going to improve this and,that and all that sort of stuff and that,might get you 20,30 40 50 improvements in results,but obviously if you're looking at zero,sales or just way off where you need to,be,getting a 40 improvement in results is,not going to do it you need to change,things,massively in order to see great results,and that nearly always comes down,to whatever's being offered a great,offer,will make up for a poorly set up,campaign,it doesn't matter how good your campaign,is set up you could have the perfect ad,campaign beautiful ad creative,perfect targeting all the settings,dialed in,with a bad offer or something that's way,overpriced so there's not demand for it,it's not gonna work the offer will make,up for a bad campaign,a bad offer cannot be made up for,with a great campaign there's something,i really want to stress here now of,course you want to optimize the campaign,as much as possible because we all want,the best results possible,but if you're getting zero sales and,that's why sort of the scenario we're in,here,is really important getting zero sales,or very very few,it's probably your your product and your,price point and when i say people,that people a lot of people go well i,know my product sells i know my service,sells you know,lots of people other people offering it,and that's why it's important to include,the price point here,you might know that there's tremendous,demand for your product but,if there are other people on facebook,advertising that same product,for 20 less 30,less and i'm talking about the same,product here you haven't got like a,differentiated brand,or higher quality but the same product,like typical with drop shippers and,things like that,for 20 less and they're advertising the,same people which let's be honest a lot,of the time your competition is gonna be,advertising to the same people,on on facebook and that's the way all,these advertising platforms work,you're not going to generate many sales,you know if i see a product pop up and,it's you know,30 and i see and i've been seeing ads,over the last month for the same product,for 25 or,20 dollars you know it's not gonna work,so what can you do about it there are,lots of different ways you can improve,your offer it might be that you need to,sell a different product or service,it could be as simple as that often it's,you need to package it differently,what's your offer buy one get one free,limited time discount,we'll throw in an extra something um to,make it more appealing,um sometimes,it you know that that's on the sort of,incentive side of things,sometimes it's differentiating on,quality our product has,x y and z difference to the competition,that's why you want to go with ads,because it's better,there needs to be something tangible and,facebook advertisers often forget this,they think it's all about the data and,the settings and the,the tweaks and adjustments and it and it,is that's important part,but it's also about your advertising,real stuff to real people,and real people are going to make,rational logical decisions over whether,your product is better than theirs,it's not like if your facebook,advertising good enough you can sell,anything to anyone,not true at all it needs to be,a good offer and if you're generating,zero sales,that's where you need to start that's,what you need to focus on,i know it could be frustrating i know,that's probably not what you want to,hear,it's often much quicker and easier just,to change the setting within a facebook,ad campaign,and and hope that that improves your,results but if you're generating,zero sales it's almost certainly not,gonna do it now if you're 20,off where you need to be then yeah,there's probably demand for your product,and that's fine and you can focus on,the in ad account adjustments that you,can make to help improve things,um but but just be aware and i,try and do this with all my content is,try and give you guys,the truth and the information that you,need to to get the best,possible because i think it's just a,waste of everyone's time right if i if i,just tell you ah,change the setting and you're guaranteed,to see success that's not true you need,the truth because you need to be able to,do things,now before you go and tear up your,product or service offering go this,doesn't work i need something else,make sure you spend a good amount of,money and give it a good amount of time,to really test it first,so if you're going i generated zero,sales i've been advertising for two days,and you're thinking that this advice,applies to you now it does not,do not kill a campaign after two days,and say this product doesn't work,please give it more time give it a,couple of weeks if you're still,generating,zero sales after a couple of weeks then,this advice applies and you probably,want to change your product,uh or service or whatever it is that,you're offering okay you have to give it,a good amount of time,same with the spend right if you're,looking to acquire 10 000 customers,don't spend 300 not generate any sales,and go this doesn't work,right you're probably willing to pay one,thousand fifteen hundred maybe even two,thousand dollars to acquire a ten,thousand dollar customer,so go and spend that before you make,that come to that decision,you know for e-commerce businesses that,that number is often going to be a lot,lower because if you're trying to sell a,40,product you know and you haven't,generated any sales once you've spent,five six hundred dollars,well you've got a pretty good idea that,again something's really wrong with that,campaign,and it needs to be uh needs to be,adjusted okay,where i think a lot of facebook,advertisers don't focus anywhere near,enough on is in what,they're offering our favorite sort of,client to,to start working with is a facebook ads,agency and we see this happen more often,than you think,is a client that's managed to get to a,high level of ad spend before they start,working with us,because they have a fantastic offer the,sort of offer that you hear and you go,oh wow yeah that's great,i can see why people are going for that,and you know these offers could be in,all sorts of different areas it could be,the fact that they offer zero percent,finance on a product that's not,particularly there,you know that's not often offered all,sorts of things that differentiate,themselves from the competition perhaps,it,will install x within two days and the,average time is four weeks,you know there's ways to give yourself a,competitive advantage but when we get to,a client when we onboard a client like,that that spent,got to a really high level of ad spend,with a great offer but they don't have a,great facebook ad campaign,that's the best scenario to be cause we,can come in and we can improve their,facebook campaign see an immediate,improvement results and it's,it's fantastic but but what i'm saying,is we do see that scenario right where,their campaigns aren't set up that great,but their offer has just allowed them to,get to this great scale,we never see it the other way around and,i know i'm sort of repeating myself here,but i really want to,drive this home we never see it the way,around where we on board someone,they've got to a high level of ad spend,they've got a really sophisticated,high quality facebook ad campaign and a,poor offer they just never get there,there's lots of facebook advertisers,trying to create really complex,sophisticated facebook ad,campaigns and that's great but they're,stuck at a small level and it's not,really working and it'd be because of,what they're offering so that is my,advice today,is to if you are seeing zero sales,hardly any results,you need to change something big time,and,that big time thing that you change is,usually your offer as i said it could,just be a repackaging of what you,already offer,it doesn't have to be a completely new,product and go to the manufacturers,all that sort of stuff doesn't have to,be that but,it does if you are generating zero sales,i have to change,okay hopefully that's been useful couple,of things before you go the first is
